Like Music
Like a virgin She creeps in on silent toes
And whispers in my ear
Sometimes quiet and loving
Sometimes a dynamo
The energy flows all around me
from the ground to the heavens
through me like liquid silver
a sound of a color
Harmonics of Spirit vibrate
a joyous melody throughout
like a giant piano She plays
and time never happened
The Angel of my presence explained;
There is no past, there is no future.
There is no Now, there is only what is.
You have a space to become,
to move into the Sonship
and then rest.
There is no Hope, there is no plan.
There is only what you are.
You will become, or you will not become.
it is your will, your intent, your becoming.

This Moment of Eternal Love~Heavenletters

Are you beginning to see the gifts that I send to you on every day of the year? In every hour, in every moment? The gifts are there, beloveds. Some you can't help noticing. Others you may need to be on the lookout for. Look for little signs of my love strewn along your path like bread crumbs.
There are many gifts left along the way for you that you did not see. It is necessary for you to see the gifts in order to know that I thought of you with Great Love. I cannot think of you in any other way. Your eyes race over my gifts and notes, perhaps intent on something else. I tell you that today you will trip over blessings when you are on the lookout for them.
Now, you can't be demanding the blessings. You can't start out by thinking: "Okay, God, where are they? God, You say they're here. I don't see them."
When you feel tense or demanding in this way, how clearly can you see? You may have your mind made up that I perhaps don't know what I'm talking about, that I can't possibly know what your life is like, or you cannot imagine I would have the effrontery to tell you to look for gifts from the Universe.
I do know what your life is like. Therefore, I urge you most of all to start looking for the gifts I have sent you and that you perhaps previously overlooked. They are right out in the open.
Hunt for these gifts, not in the way a hunter hunts wild game, but rather like a lovely soul in a meadow looking for butterflies in the summer, or, perhaps, like a child on an Easter Egg Hunt in the spring. The child knows that his mother or father tucked little gifts for him all over the yard. He has no doubt at all. That's how you want to spend your day as well. Have no doubt. Know that good by the bushels is on its way to you.
Let your eyes be like the sunlight that looks over the whole horizon and doesn't miss one spot.
Let your eyes look with love and miss nothing.
Let the treasures of life enter your vision and enter your heart. I say, "Amen." I say. "Amen," every day about you. I am so grateful for the sight of you. What else can I possibly be?
When I see you in some kind of disquiet, I do not love you less. I do not apportion less love to you. If you have thought of yourself as unlucky, will you now please start thinking of yourself as lucky? Lucky you. You have God in your corner. You have God rooting for you. Beloveds, I am your Greatest Fan. I love you more than all the tea in China. I love you more than all the ways love can express itself. I love you as I love the whole wide world, and, oh, I love. Be loved. Be My beloved. Be My One. You are the One I love. My love has never skipped a beat. Oh, yes, We can come back to your not seeing or listening, yet My love is the One Constant in the world. No matter what, rain or shine, you are surrounded with My love. You are inundated with it. You are caught in the embrace of My love. You are like the gentle butterfly I have caught in my net of love. Of course, I have caught you only to let you go, and then catch you in My embrace again and again. How carefully I hold you to My breast. You are caught in the beat of My heart. You are caught in this present moment of Eternal Love.

Reach Up
Reach Up
"Ye, though I walk through the valley of shadow of death, I will fear no evil."
The journey each of us walks is not always a meadow full of flowers. Sometimes it is a journey up a mountain, loose rocks and steep inclines.
We so often loose sight of the beautiful scenery because of our attempts to hold on. We have to struggle with many things in this world that makes us feel alone.
Arthritis grips us tight and wrenches pain from within. Diabetes cuts our feelings ulcerates our skin. Cancer files away at the cells of our body and leaves us weak. Blindness takes away our vision and paints our world black. Mental disabilities hold our thoughts and leave us in a lonely room. Cruelty of others cuts our hearts and leaves us empty.
We were born to celebrate, to reach up and believe. We were born to rejoice, to lift our hands to life. We were born to sing, to paint rainbows with our voice. We were born to love, to hold the hands of gentleness. We were born to share, to be a blessing to those around us.
Reach up, my friend and believe for that is God's dream. Lift your hands, my friend and live for that is God's purpose. Paint your world, my friend with songs for that is God's compassion. Hold on, my friend with gentleness for that is God's love. Bless those around you, my friend for you are God's gift.
No less than a flower planted by angels and nurtured by the hands of God.

Heartprints
Heartprints
~author unknown~
Whatever our hands touch---
We leave fingerprints!
On walls, on furniture,
On doorknobs, dishes, books,
As we touch we leave our identity.
Oh please where ever I go today,
Help me leave heartprints!
Heartprints of compassion
Of understanding and love.
Heartprints of kindness
and genuine concern.
May my heart touch a lonely neighbor
Or a runaway daughter,
Or an anxious mother,
Or, perhaps, a dear friend!
I shall go out today
To leave heartprints,
And if someone should say
"I felt your touch,"
May that one sense be...YOUR LOVE
Touching through ME...

Change The Routine of Your Life

Change is not always a bad thing,in fact, change can be a way of better fulfilling your life. I don't mean drastic changes, unless you are really ready for an experience that is going to alter your course in life, and sometimes even that can turn out to be better change.
But today, I'm speaking of small changes like your routine in your disciplined day. Be spontaneous and act on your desires of something different to wake up the emotions and physical self. For instance, I don't usually do the harder stuff in life that requires strain or physical abilities that challenge my body. I always try to be very careful in knowing just exactly how much I can labor without causing myself physical injury. So yesterday I woke up feeling in a rut of my daily routine and knowing that my brother and nephew were coming to cut up an old dead tree that our father had cut down a little over a year ago, I decided that I was going to do this chore with them.
I put on my coat and gloves and donned a covering for my ears and set out to go help them. Of course they both looked at me as though I had a lapse of memory of my age, but I strutted my course. I was determined to do something different today, I was challenging my routine. We labored over that huge oak tree that I remembered was a sapling when I was just a small child of four or five years old and it was growing just outside a window of our old home place and I would play around it with my puppy which was on a running line strung from that particular tree to another on the other end of the yard. I tugged and pulled and dragged branches as my brother would trim them from the hugh limbs. I tripped over some brush covered limbs and tumbled onto my backside with a jolt! After the shock of it and checking that I wasn't hurt, we laughed so hard. I would toss those blocks of wood to a pile to clear a path for him to get to the larger areas. I trampled through bramble briars and snagged up my jeans. We did this for most of the early afternoon. My brother tumbled a few times himself and got the chain saw caught between the trunk and the limb he was sawing off, that he had to get two tractors out to pull the tension on this humongous tree to keep it from rolling over. We both chuckled over the situation as my nephew was shaking his head. After the third time of tripping and tumbling and so much laughing at each other, I decided it was time for me to give it up and headed back to the house. I was feeling like I had just been put through a tumbler with rocks, but I was feeling good about the change of my routine day. As I walked back up to the house I remembered so many fond memories of our childhood living in that 3 room concrete block house while Daddy was forging the land around it to build his dream.
After supper, I wasn't feeling the strain of my falls yet and sat at this old contraption and did some research to help a friend that lasted until the wee morning of this day. Again, I'm very disciplined about when to get my rest, but I decided then that I wasn't going to rush the night and let it play out until I could no longer focus or see what I was typing. I called it a day.......a change of My Routine Day.
Of course this morning, I'm moving slowly and I have scratches and bumps on this old body and sore muscles that I didn't even knew existed are letting me know they are alive and a bit sensitive today, but it's a good feeling. I am now living the old saying that I used to tell my own Daddy when he would be in his "pain of aging" and needed a change by going out and riding his tractor all day, and feeling good about his decision to "change his routine". I would tell him, "If you play, you are going to pay."
Yes, I'm paying today and it feels sooooo good to wake up this physical Self and clear out the cobwebs of my inner Self.
I've also came to the realization that it is all right to

Be Who You Must Be

Be Who You Must Be
Diarmuid Cronin
I don’t know where you are on your path
I have never stood in your shoes
I see not with your eyes.
I know not what your purpose is here
In this stage of your evolution
But I feel blessed to know you
As you are not in my life by chance
And you are my teacher
As I hope you learn from me
I pray I show reverence to you
I pray not to judge you
I wish to let you be
Who you are
Who you dream of being
I will just be beside you
And watch you grow
And the day will come for sure
When we will know why
Our paths crossed this way
And until then my friend
Be who you must be

Introduction to Meditation

Meditation is the one main route to self development and spiritual growth. Through meditation we can find inner peace which can be very hard to find in today’s modern society. Many People ask how you learn to meditate and say that they find it impossible as they have found their mind to be extremely busy and impossible to still. This brain activity convinces many people that they are not able to meditate and you may feel that is exactly the experience you have had while attempting to meditate in the past.
We can often be astonished at this busy brain activity as we have been unaware in the past that our brains are as active as they are. This is normal and very few people are able to sit for the fist time to meditate or in fact for many attempts afterwards.
What then is the point in meditating when our minds are so obviously busy with so many things I hear you say? Meditation helps us to take control over our minds allowing us to have time off from the incessant chatter that our minds are full off. You may feel that you do not wish to put limits on your mind or control it, that you feel that your mind should be allowed to run freely and so it should. The problem with this is our minds are not free as they are held down and cluttered with outmoded thoughts and ideas that we have no need for. Meditation can truly free our minds.
Why free our minds and what will this do for me? Apart from freeing our minds from unwanted or outmoded thoughts and allowing room for more important and useful information in our lives. We can reduce the worry and guilt that bogs us all down, these states of mind keep us in the future or stuck in the past but both preventing us from being active in our lives at this place and time. Meditation can release the stresses and strains of everyday life. For those wishing to work on their development it can help you to connect with your individual gifts and connect to your guides. Whatever the reason meditation is an excellent way to improve the quality of your life.
How then can I learn to meditate? This takes time and practice there is no quick fix or route to this but is well worth the effort and takes little time out of each day to work on and the benefits we receive in our everyday lives are great.
Your will need a quite place.
Check that your clothes are loose and that you are not restricted in any way.
Choose something to look at this can be a candle, a plant, an ornament anything of your choice and place it in front of you where you can see it comfortably.
Sit in a comfortable chair.
Place your feet flat on the floor
Lay your hands palms upwards on your lap
Allow yourself to relax
Let your shoulders roll outwards
Look at your chosen object and let the tension flow out of your body
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth
With each outward breath allow your body to relax
Once you feel relaxed bring your attention to your thoughts
In your thoughts tell your mind to be still, shhhh
Each time your notice that another though has arrived
Tell your mind to be still, shhhh and bring your attention back to your object
Do this for 5 to 10 minutes a day and you will find that you mind becomes gradually stiller and that your day to day life becomes much more balanced. As you develop this you can meditated for longer until you find an amount of time that suits you and your lifestyle.
